Lenny is a super friendly male brown and white Brittany Spaniel.  He's affectionate, eager to run, play, and please.   Energy level presents as younger than six years.  Gets along with other dogs and is non-aggressive to cats.  He wants to play with the cats at his foster home (the cats - not so much).  Great appetitie.  Loves his squeaky toys.  Needs an active family willing to provide training with basic commands.

Lenny was dumped out in the country (why do people do that?!?)  He's in good health, although he did test slightly positive for heartworms.  He is currently under the new six-month treatment protocol which calls for Heartgard monthly and anitibiotics for three weeks every other month.  All medications are included with his adoption.  Lenny will need to be retested for heartworms at the end of six months (mid-November 2011). Currently on Frontline Plus for flea/parasite control. 

Lenny is kennel-trained and house-broken.  He's neutered and up-to-date on his shots.  He weighs 38.2 pounds and is aproximately 6 yrs old according to the vet (although he acts much younger).
